whole rack of pork chops help

  1. I'm wanting to smoke a whole rack of pork chops, don't even know if thats the " official " name. Any recommendations on cooking temp and internal cook to temp would be greatly appreciated. any helpfull hints welcome

    225 degrees until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. They will melt in your mouth.

    It will depend on the weight but 7 to 10 hrs.
