Who Posted a QView of Hashbrowns a few days ago

Looking for the thread about this recipe.


1 bag hashbrowns
1 500 ml container sour cream
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
2 tbls butter
1 large block cheddar or marble cheese

Mix all ingredients together reserving half of the cheese for topping. Put this mixture into a 9 X 14 casserole pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake in oven at 375 for around two hours.

Thank you. I don't know why I couldn't find it. I even did a search for hash brown casserole.
