When ever Rib Eyes go on sale at our local store beef ribs are always available, and at $2.99 a lb how could you resist. We picked up a few packs for a day of fun by the pool and smoking meat.

Not much meat on the tops but they will still yield a good amount of delishisness

Used steak seasoning from Grillin Gun Powder, a basic seasoning that still lets the meat speak for itself....

Smoked for about 3.5 hours around 225 with apple and cherry wood, this is just before foil

After foil for around 2 hours sauced and back on and this is the final product

The dog made out the best, he now has bones for the next few months.
