Smokie Okie 10 lb brisket went in the smoker at 0800 hrs this morning. Done at 1317 hrs, 200* internal (with a probe AND thermopen ) even after lowering the temp to
220*.

This is my third Smokie Brisket I've done this way and by far, this is the fastest cook! What the $#@%*& ? Not betting any $ one this one!

Oh well, lets just see how this thing turns out after it cools down.......
