    The Smokaroma CU300L combines the method of pressure baking with the pressure smoking to get that “old-fashion” hickory smoke flavor. I have owned this smokaroma for approximately 12 years and now have a bigger. It comes equipped with a meat rack assembly and stack pan assembly. The thermostat and timer both work. The smoker works excellent for turkey, pork, and ribs. The meat comes out tender and moist because of the pressurized steam smoke.

    I just looked these guys up - they have been around since 1959 so they must have some success - they now have 3 models plus a Merchandiser so you can display the smoked ribs up to 4 hours AND a product called
    INSTANT BURGER - they claim it cooks a burger or chicken fillet in 25 seconds. Very interesting
