What smoker after Char Griller?

So I have been using my Char Griller for about five years. I was wondering what would be the next step up? I usually cook Chicken and Pork. I really haven't tried brisket or any beef. The Char Griller has been excellent, but I was wondering what I should be looking at next?

I would say 400-500... This would be for next season.

You could get a WSM 18.5,a chimney for starting,some therms, some wood chunks for smoke and a big pile of charcoal for the amount...

Is the WSM insulated? What makes it a step up from the Chargriller with a side box? I'm not discounting your suggestion, but I need details... LOL

why waste 400. unless you get  WSM or an MES you really don't see much in quality difference IMO. I',m searching high and low for good value and better equipment and really can't find anything but those 2 in that price range. anything i have seen is such a minor step up it hasn't been worth replacing my  smoker yet.

just keep using yours(do all the mods you cna) and save more money.Just my 2c
