what happened to the rank that used to be under my name????

Don't know what "rank" you speak of. It shows OTBS member under your name.

Don't worry Larry you're still pretty rank. It shows OTBS Member. You can't get much higher than that.

You lose the green color of a premier membership when you get the honour of being a Knight of the OTBS. But you can still go into user cp and Type in anything you want. Note the Meat-a-tarian under my name for example.

im talking about such ranks as --newbie--fire starter-smoke blower--ect-ect

You can edit that and make it what you want. Head to the 'User CP' section of the forum. Click on the Edit Profile link, from the box on the left. The 2nd box down will have a Custom User Title section, where you can enter whatever you want to appear beneath your OTBS Member line (i.e. mine says 'smoking meat is my zen').

I searched,but could not find the thread.I read it once.I remember at 1000 posts you become MASTER OF THE PIT.

It does exsist somewhere-a list of how many posts and your corresponding title....
