Load of milk canceled today...time on my hands...what to do what to do?Go to shop rite buy a lil meat and go to work!
2 racks pork spare ribs,2 fat pork chops,2 fat pork roasts 1 london broil double order of Jeffs rib rub and one mesquite rub (for LB) and we are off! keep ya posted

First off I want to dedicate this qview to all of you at smf.the great replys the friends i am making,the encouragement,and all the good info that all of you give freely.Before I joined SMF my 'que was limited to what was available at bbq joints.The fact that I am doing this in my backyard is mind blowing!In one month I have come this far and I truly credit all of you.Thanx to all of you and especially to the few of you who support me personally
