Than to cook myself a 13 pound brisket on Valentine's Day? We're actually having people over tonight and I haven't done anything in my wood smoker in a while. I've also been craving brisket. Here's some pictures from the start of the morning. I like to cook at 300 and this will be done in about 9 hours, I hope. I'll also be throwing on a rack of baby backs and some beans later on.
