Hello we are the owner's of PA's Pork, Pete and Angela Olejnicek. We were involved in Saint Paris Ohio local community events for the last six years and last year decided to make our business a full time enterprise. We have a combined 20 years in the restaurant and meat industries and come from families who taught us the art of cooking and loving to cook. We have always wanted to open our own restaurant, however knowing the pitfalls that beset most new facilities, and seeing the growing trend in the food truck arena, we purchased and outfitted a trailer early in 2013 and have not looked back. We initially started with smoking pork butts and grilling some of our other options, but have branched out to beef and beyond. We are happy to be a part of this forum and look forward to feedback and information shared!
