HI all,

I've been a long time lurker, first time poster.  I'm originally from Texas but moved out here to the Wash DC area about 10 years ago for work.  I got into smoking about 3 years back and have loved it since.  I prefer to use dry rubs mostly.  For my tools, I've been happy with the Weber products.  Price is always a factor for me so the Weber grills/smokers are at the high end for me.  Currently I have a

Some rinky dink cheap grill I bought for vegetarian food only.  Whenever I have bbqs/parties, there's always a solid group of vegetarians.
