water smoker

  1. what do you fellows think about a water smoker verses a regular stick burning non water smoker?

    I'm probably in the minority, but I always put water in the water pan, when I'm hot smoking.

  5. tropics that good looking pastrami, thats makes my mouth water,only tring to see if the water smoker (competition style is worth the money) does it make your food come out more juicy. i have a lang patio 36, and i do not have any problems with dry things that i smoke, if i did, i think it would have needed brined.

  6. al i do not think your a minority, most all competition smoker use a water pan, or a water smoker.
