Water pan Potatoes

  1. Anybody with an ECB throw potatoes in the water pan for about an hour toward the end of cooking meat? I usually do a 5# bag of plain white ones. My wife likes them better than the meat! They make filler home fries, too.

  2. Hello Scott.  GREAT idea.  DUH! the water is there and hot, why not?  Had never thought of that, I am sure some of the other folks are brighter than me and have been doing the same for a while.  GREAT tip.  Thanks for sharing.  Keep Smokin!
