Hey doctor,
I am just up the road from ya here in Newalla. Couple questions for ya,......It looks big and bad but what is the actual cookin surface area?...ie....Can i fit two 10-12# briskets and then some on er?
I am very interested if it is big enough.And did u build it or someone u know? maybe a lil history on this beast.....how does it maintain temps?,air flow control...etc.....etc.
Man it looks big and bad....Thanx for any info u can give me

well tybo not actually mine just something i saw on craiglist ..thought it was interesting because how thick the steel is and how heavy this sucker must be....i would guess it has a pretty good surfacer area probably big enought for a small pig...guessing tho...interested in it call the number on the listing out of shawnee..
