hi all, i've been seriously considering a chargriller offset b/c there's just soooo much more room to cook on than the ol' ecb. my question is; how much more propane do you think it would take to run @ 250? i'm thinking about 3 to 4 times as much. do you think it would be worth it? that is to say... is a converted chargriller so much more superior that it would warrent the extra fuel? your thoughts please...
thanks,
guvna

you probably should use wood and charcoal. that way you'll be using a renewable resource and won't have to worry about how much fuel you use.

GO GREEN; GO WOOD!
