UDS Cooking Question

    When doing ribs do you guys put them on your UDS meat up or meat down? May seem like a dumb question but I am new to the UDS thing and wasn't really sure.  Thanks

    bone down..guess thats the same as meat up !

    I hope this thread is not for only UDs owners because I don't own one. But as for as ribs it's a meat up here to. I do a pretty good amoutn of spares here I really love them.

    Mark I don't think its a UDS only club!  But just incase it is you better find a drum and get buildin!

    Thanks guys, I couldn't see why it would be diff but this is my first Vert smoker so I figured I would ask.
