    Temps were constant, 240 - 250 for 6 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Might sell the WSM.

    Dont sell the WSM. You might decide to have a big party and need it for extra cooking area.

    I love smoking up some ribs with cherry wood and also spritzing with cherry juice. The combination gives a really pretty color, like the one you got! Nice smoke!
