Two Sam's chix. Kind of crappy blurry pic, sorry. This one didn't have any rub on it and since my rub was packed away I just spooned on some Yoshidas , lemon pepper, and garlic. I will keep this one for me and the kids, and slice it for late night feasting. This one is for Bubba as all they did is brag about the pulled pork that I gave them. I will be pulling this one for sammies for his family. I am using hickory and smoking it at 275'. More to come. Thanks for watching.
