You have to get up early to do Butts J I started my 10 pounder at 6:30 AM Sunday and I was pulling it at just after 11PM. But boy of boy is it worth the wait.
I just want to add to this post and give a thanks to Meowey for the basic pulled pork "sticky", followed it to the letter and it turned out GREAT. To SoFlaQuer ditto on the finishing sauce.
For those new to the site or those who have been around awhile, if you haven't tried this combo...do it this weekend. Seriously, I had only tried PP one time before this and at that point I had decided tht I was just cut out for good ole' Texas brisket but those posts made a huge difference.
