The memorial day weekend smoke was so successful I've been commissioned to provide the BBQ for Father's day. Right now I've got two butts and my first fatty on. I used Jeff's rub this time and it looks great can anyone tell me if it's as good as advertised? I plan to do two racks of spare ribs tomorrow also and have a question on that but will post separate. I used dry chunks of hickory this time and it seems to last much longer. I'll keep everyone posted.
