Twin Cities newbie!

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and to smoking.  I have been grilling for a few years, but want to go to the next level.  I am in the Twin Cities of MN and am finally getting some good weather to get outside and cook!!

I use a good old Weber kettle that I've had for years and recently added a Smokenator for smoking.  I have only used it once so far and was very happy with the results.

I look forward to reading your advice.
