Hey y'all. Never smoked meat before,but decided to try my hand at a Boston Butt for a July 4th feast this evening. Getting into it, I had no idea it took so long, but I started at about 7 this morning, so I should be ready come dinner time (whenever that will be lol!) When all is said and done, I'll be sure to put ups some pics of my 5lb butt that's gonna be turned into some fantastic chopped pork!
