A bird that large is going to take quite a while to cook. Consider brining it as well - really helps keep the meat moist.

Bama, morning..... That's 4 hours of smoke and a total time of 10-12 hours.... That does read a little confusing.... I didn't write it down right...I cooked a 23 # turkey last year at 325-350*F and I think it only took ~ 3 hrs. Will reducing temp to 225*F add 2 hrs? Wow!
