Does anyone have some good suggestions for a rub to use on my smoked turkey?
If you haven't already, do a search for "turkey rub" and take a look. There's a bunch of ideas. Personally, I go naked. I've added rubs and even a bacon weave, but IMHO, the flavors just don't penetrate the meat. You might think about injecting, too.
There is a lot to be said about simple SPOG ! ! !
TheSmoke will be your flavor , and to me that's a good thing !
