Couldn't find the camera at first so I'm starting mid-way. I'm 2 1/2 hours in at 220 or so..
Looks good I got one in the smoker also. Didn't put bacon on it, wished I would have.
Self basting that way..
I was planning on cooking this today at my nephews but we cancelled so I fired up the smoker before it went to waste..
bacon bacon its good on just about all.

I'm not a turkey fan and I get gout. I ate a leg, a wing and almost a whole thigh off that thing. Good smoke and some good meat. Thnx yall
