    I'm gonna say 22.4 by the way the rack sags, lets have fun with this one. [​IMG]

    not 22.4 I did write a discription of what I did but it did not show up with the picture.I brined it for 18 hours put it in the smoker with apple juice in the pan,used pecan chips smoked at 300f
