Trying a sirloin tip monday!

    Never done this before. Its a 10 pounder, I picked one out with a fair amount of fat.

    I plan to marinate it and inject it. Any suggestions?

    I'm cooking it along side a 10 lb picnic and would like them to be done at the same time.

    Sirloin Tip Roasts 225° F to 250° F 8 Hours Until Done

    Italian dressing is a good marinate and mos people have it in there pantries. Add a bit of bown sugar and soy sauce to taste and it's yummy!

    I did que for a party today. One of the things was a skit marinated overnight in Kraft Zesty Italian. WOW!!! Easy and really good.

    add(1/8 cup to the dressing) a bit of balsamic to that & inject... roomtemp 1 hr per 5lbs before the pit & thats my 2 cents worth
