Mixed up 75% P. butt, 25% ground round, about 2.5 lbs total
Seasoned with:

Paprika
Dry mustard
Old Bay
Cumin
C.B.Pepper
Kosher salt
Celery salt
Sage
Rosemary

Mixed in 2 Tblsp unflavored gelatine <Knox> to help adhesion

All mixed in the fresh ground meat.
Coated the eggs with "Smitty's 6/15"* Bro-in-law's ground pepper mix.

Will keep posted....

*6 beers and 15 min. later you can breathe again...

UPDATE:

Cruising along at 230, hickory. Just mopped with mustard/garlic/balsamic/cider vinegar mix
PS: Tossed a seperate butt in too...heh. Why waste the smoke, eh?

Update 2:

dayumm..these are good! One fell apart...sigh. Stll delicious tho! Will take Q-view of the second, Sunday when served at the Wings-old Tigers charity softball game. Sure are pretty tho... And the butt went into the oven, as it's beer-thirty on friday, and I'm owed a beer or three at the local. I'm sure you understand!
 
Rock on, Mad man! I've got a brisket, chuck roast, chicken, italian sausage, and a log of bologna going right now. I'm headed out of town on business next week and those I leave behind here at the house should eat decent.
