Coated the eggs with "Smitty's 6/15"* Bro-in-law's ground pepper mix. Will keep posted.... *6 beers and 15 min. later you can breathe again... UPDATE: Cruising along at 230, hickory. Just mopped with mustard/garlic/balsamic/cider vinegar mix PS: Tossed a seperate butt in too...heh. Why waste the smoke, eh? Update 2: dayumm..these are good! One fell apart...sigh.
