The Triple B aka Beer Belly BBQ is finally done.  Going to clean out the inside, season it with veggie oil tomorrow and load her up on sat.  This will be going on a trailer in the spring and hitting the road. I put a granite slab below the door handles, (That is what I do for a living :) 5" chrome stacks, 4 thermos from KCK.com, 2 removable racks, 2 removable firebox racks for easy cleaning, clamping doors, beer bottle opener on the side leg,  and a 1" drain welded into the RF plate.  I rolled Rustoleum 1000 degree high heat paint on it.  Took two quart cans.  I rolled it so it gives it a hammered metal look.  I am getting a vinyl decal cutout for the end of the smoker chamber of our BBQ team logo that I will paint on there.   I took bits and pieces from numerous builds and created my own.  A big thank you to numerous members on here for helping me along the way espically matts :)  Enjoy the pics

That is awesome, GREAT JOB.

What are those pieces of pipe capped off between the lid and counter top?

BTW, the vinyl decal will stay on the smoker just fine.  The tank doesn't get hot enough to do anything to the vinyl.  I made up a couple and put them on my smokers and they have done just fine.  Especially on the opposite side of the firebox.

Thanks Mossy & Matt and for all your help.  The caps are 1" nipples with caps on them.  I put them there so that I could pass through digital thermoter probes.  I wasnt sure about leaving the decals on there,  was thinking I would get the whole decal sheet and pull the actual logo out then spray paint it on there and pull the rest of the vinyl off just leaving the painted logo.  I am super stoked about firing this thing up.

Thats cool.  If you use normal decal vinyl, make sure they smoker paint is very cured.  That vinyl will rip that new paint right off.  I do vinyl decals on the side and tried it as a stencil once, it ripped everything off.  Regular decal vinyl isn't made to come off once it is on.

Sounds like I will stick the decal right onto it and leave it then :)  I wasnt sure, but the decals I have used in the past were pretty damn stickey.  Good call :)

Is that the final resting place for that bad boy?  How do you move it?

It looks so awesome, can't wait to see it loaded down with tons 'o butt!

Sweet build ballagh! I really like the idea of the nipples for passing the probe wires through!

Just thinking about your decal application and was thinking you would get more life out of the decal if you applied the decal to magnetic, (refrigerator magnet type) flexible material. Could eliminate sun fading and the decal getting brittle with age this way.

Thank you everyone for the compliments.  I cleaned the inside out and wiped and used a sprayer and coated the inside with veggie oil then llit it up for a few hours.  Looks and smells amazing on the inside now.  I have a 50 degree temp difference from the rack in the middle and the rack on top.  Guess the heat stores up there since my stacks are level with the main grate.  I have a litle bit of a leak between the door openings.  Think I might need to get fire rope to help seal it.

New2que - that is the temporary resting place.  I plan on putting it on a trailer in the spring.  I ran over budget for putting it on the trailer now.  I move it by using a pallet jack under the firebox to lift up, then a big 2 wheeler under the other side and lift up and slide a pallet under the legs.  then I use the pallet jack to move it around on and off our company trailer.

Dutch - Thanks.  I saw that on another smoker on here and loved the idea.  I wish I could remember which one so I could give him props.

Sqwib - The nice slide out racks idea I got from MattS build.  Awesome idea, easy to clean and load.

Mossy - Your decal magnet idea is money.  I love it.  Wont fade the decal or the smoker.  Thanks.

That is a great looking smoker!  Very clean looking.  If it had a little bit more crome you would have to pull it behind an Escalade!

Thanks for posting pictures!
