While on the jobsite today, one of the guys doing the siding on the house remodel were doing brought us some jerky. One was a Cajun flavor and the other was what I would describe as "plain". The cajun was pretty good and the plain was lacking in seasoning but wasn't too bad. then he told us that it was Raccon! Though I've had Racoon before this was a different twist to it. Definately caught me off guard.
