I've been reading on this site for years, so first order of business - THANK YOU!!! I've gotten so much help from you guys so far, that I really feel like I hit the ground running from day 1. My wife and kids are also very thankful, but I'll take the credit (especially from the wife).

My name is Billy, and I'm a Triathlete who loves to reverse any athletic gains with steady intake of barbecue, good whiskey and great beer.

I currently smoke on an MES 40 for larger jobs and a 50 year-old Kamado (like a big green egg) for everything exceptional.
