good afternoon, my name is Chris Fritz. I am a incident management wrecker driver in wise county Texas,near Decatur. I am new to the smoking world,just got my first smoker in January. I am using an Oklahoma Joe highlander 879 sq in smoker. I've been smoking every other weekend since. I love it can't get enough.
