My names Tom and I have never smoked meat before. a masterbuilt smokehouse showed up at Christmas and i ran across this forum trying to figure out what to do with it.
The plan was to lose some weight this year but after reading some of the post here i can see thats just not going to happen

A lot of great info you all have amassed here. Doing the first brisket this friday, cant wait.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.

Focus on chicken & pork tenderloin and your waistline won't suffer too badly. I love me some Q & I've managed to lose almost 100 lbs over the last 2 years.

Just got it set up outside but with this rain perhaps ill set it up next to the forge. Temp control seems to be as important as rubs and sauce.
