Brand spanking new to the forum and smoking meats. I'm mostly interested in finding low or no salt recipes. I just love a well smoked brisket or turkey breast, so I am wide open for suggestions. I currently live near Detroit, MI, USA, but will be moving to south west Florida soon to take care of my mother.
