I'm having some people over tonight..little party..UFC card, Affliction card on, and have fired up the smoker. I'm doing up two pork loins that will be finished with and Apricot/Pineapple glaze, Beef Sirloin roast and two fatties(which won't last long.
The two fatties I am trying something different. I have one stuffed with pizza sauce,ham, mozza, and crushed pineapple all wrapped in bacon and the second one I am making a Buffalo Wing Fattie. I have stuffed it with mozza cheese and put down a layer of my favorite hot wing sauce, rolled it up and will be adding coats of hot wing sauce as it cooks.Mmmmmm..top it with a spoonful of ranch dressing and it's so good.
