Got a pair of them. 8 bucks.
Resting in the fridge thawing out.
Check back tomorrow.
What poundage? 22's? I like 'em but they are different tastes to me from 14ozs, to 22ozs. They brown/ crisp really well with the thinner skins.
I don't know Foam. No weight on them. I will weigh them.
The reason I asked, not all Cornish hens weigh the same, I have 14's and 22's in the freezer I think there is standard weights or they round off.
Tomorrow evening is now.

Go for it. We enjoyed them.
Your birds look good man How much did they end up weighing? & you said the lemon pepper one didn't have any lemon flavor?
I never did end up weighing them.
I used a store bought lemon pepper and used it lightly. I couldn't taste it.
