Very nice, Brother T. I like the color, looks like a nice rub. Do you rub just before smoking, the day before, or...
I rub it down with mustard and cajun seasoning for 24 hrs. Then mop with a combo of 3/4 apple cider and 1/4 Jim Beam every hr or so 8)
