Todays smoke

    I seasoned up some baby back's last night, threw them on the smoker about 8:30 this morning.....I also brined up some salmon last night and I am going to throw them on once the ribs are finished. This is the first time that I am trying salmon.....
    Sunny and a beautiful 30 degrees today in Michigan.....warmer weather is on the way!!

    Here is the mid point. Just before wrapping the ribs, and just put in the beans and ABT's.

    It was a Big Hit.....[​IMG] . The ribs turned out excellent, the baked beans were a smash and the ABT's were gone in 2 minutes. (I am glad I grabbed one before I took them into the house.
    Thank's for all the info and input. Now everyone wants to come back tomorrow for more.
