Here is what is in my smoker.

I seasoned up some baby back's last night, threw them on the smoker about 8:30 this morning.....I also brined up some salmon last night and I am going to throw them on once the ribs are finished. This is the first time that I am trying salmon.....
Sunny and a beautiful 30 degrees today in Michigan.....warmer weather is on the way!!

Here is the mid point. Just before wrapping the ribs, and just put in the beans and ABT's.

. The ribs turned out excellent, the baked beans were a smash and the ABT's were gone in 2 minutes. (I am glad I grabbed one before I took them into the house.
Thank's for all the info and input. Now everyone wants to come back tomorrow for more.
