What temp do you smoke it at?
Smoked it at 165 with pecan wood. Came out absolutely amazing. Took about 4 hours.
I've been dehydrating jerky for 15 - 20 years. I started smoking this summer and last month I went to dehydrate some jerky and decided to throw some into the smoker for a little while to get some smoke on it. Best decision I've ever made. lol
My friends all told me it was the best batch I've ever made and they always loved it in the past.
