Time to calibrate!

With spring approaching and smoke season in full swing, don't forget to calibrate the therms. I just did a quick test on mine this morning and found 3 of my probes didn't work

and I think the units were screwy too. Already had a smoke planned and had to run to get 3 new ones!

Anyhow, glad I checked my therms to prevent a potential meat disaster. If ya havent' calibrated in a while, take a few minutes to do the boiling water test. It's well worth it.
