Time for BB ribs in fridge

How long can you keep rubbed BB ribs in the fridge before smoking?

I put the rub on Fri pm to smoke on Sat but the picnic got postponed till Sun evening. Can I wait till Sunday to smoke or should I smoke on Sat and reheat on Sun?

If poly wrapped tightly they should be fine. Keep them where they get good ciculation of cooled air...I see no problems...especially if they were cryo-vac packed before being shipped to the store.

Sounds like you have the makings for a great meal there! Just did a couple slabs of BBs my last weekend with Dutch's Beans......mmm-mmm-mmm!

You can keep them in the fridge for a couple days...no problem.
