Got the butts going this morning for this weekends BBQ

Using my WSM with some hickory and cherry MojoBricks.



Rubbing the WSM butt with BBB and PYM.



Smokin


Other butt is rubbed with John Henry Pecan



Who says you can use other wood in your Bradley?

Here is a Hickory MojoBrick on the puck slide. The JH Butt is in the 6 rack



Also got 5 lbs of brats.

That looks great, havent got up the nerve to try a but or shoulder.

New to the site but love it as I look around.  Just need to learn how to use the various tools.  Love to smoke boston butts.  Any suggestions on rubs?

Good morning, can I ask what type of mat do you have under the meat? I think it looks useful when you move the meat from one place to another.

One more question, by the way it looks in the pictures it only looks like you used only the top cooking section of the wsm. Why? I'd like to have your advice.
