Hey Sweetie it won't pull well at 180 bring her up to 200 to 205 and wrap it in plastic wrap real tight for at least an hour. Put a pan under it in case the juices leak out. It'll pull itself!
 
This was the spread of the evening, minus the baked beans...the pork turned out absolutly perfect, and it had just the right amount of kick to it thanks to SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce...the home made cole/slaw you see here was the receipe I found on this site, and it was great as well....

I ended up pulling the meat out at 190, and with a fork in hand it pulled right apart...and shredded easily....

My friends we invited over for dinner with us said it was among the bets they had ever eaten.....

so thanks to this site, and thanks to those who helped me along the way!!

Im so excited that it turned out good finally, that Im gonna smoke something today too....I got my wife bringing me the fixings for a fatty and some ABT's right now!!!
