The goose

  1. smoking a goose this weekend. never tried any bird at all on the smoker mainly beef and pork. do i need to brine the goose before i smoke it or can i just trim rub and smoke. thanks in advance everyone. 
  2. also i want to cook it whole or is there a better way to do that
