Just seasoned,smoked and then crisped up on the gasser! Just keep your eye on them and keep them moving so they don't burn. The cherry wood also helps with good color I believe.
 
b-one nice job on the wings, going to give Cheery a try this weekend.

Do it cherry and pecan are my faves! I'll be doing some chix tenders wrapped in bacon tonight with cherry and a brisket sat/sun not sure on the wood there yet. I need to get more wings soon!
