    Wow, those are some amazing looking wings! Judging by the "after" shot, they tasted as good as they looked. Looks like the skin crisped up nice. Nice job posting-I can't believe I missed this yesterday.Thanks, David.

    Hey b-one, I picked up some wings to smoke and keep thinking about that picture of your finished wings! May I ask details? brined, marinated, rub? They sure look good! Thanks, David.

    Just seasoned,smoked and then crisped up on the gasser! Just keep your eye on them and keep them moving so they don't burn. The cherry wood also helps with good color I believe.

    Do it cherry and pecan are my faves! I'll be doing some chix tenders wrapped in bacon tonight with cherry and a brisket sat/sun not sure on the wood there yet. I need to get more wings soon!
