Que the chix wings!:grilling_smilie:
Cooking and looking fine! Smoker about 240 with a chunk of mesquite and two chunks of cherry. Will need to crisp these up shortly.:droolALT=""]http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/content/type/61/id/384418/width/350/height/700[/IMG]
Pic didn't seem to work so I'll try again.

Wow, those are some amazing looking wings! Judging by the "after" shot, they tasted as good as they looked. Looks like the skin crisped up nice. Nice job posting-I can't believe I missed this yesterday. Thanks, David.
Thanks they were tasty! I crisped them up on the gasser!
Hey b-one, I picked up some wings to smoke and keep thinking about that picture of your finished wings! May I ask details? brined, marinated, rub? They sure look good! Thanks, David.
Just seasoned, smoked and then crisped up on the gasser! Just keep your eye on them and keep them moving so they don't burn. The cherry wood also helps with good color I believe.
Thanks b-one! See you around the forum, David.
Save me some , it takes only an hour to get there from G-Burg...
I love the look of those wings. Great job.
I'll have wings anytime you an find me come on up!
Thanks Disco, they were tasty we polished them off at work the next day!
b-one nice job on the wings, going to give Cheery a try this weekend.
Do it cherry and pecan are my faves! I'll be doing some chix tenders wrapped in bacon tonight with cherry and a brisket sat/sun not sure on the wood there yet. I need to get more wings soon!
Thanks again, you must really be a fan!
Awesome looking wings you have there!!
Do you eat them with a sauce? Or sauce on the side??
