Thanksgiving Turkey mmmmmmmmm so good

  1. Brined them in my apple juice brine for 28 hours then left to rest another 24 hours, here they are resting after their bath

    After that its on the smoker

    What I was drinking during the smoke

    3 and a half hours in IT was 150 on both birds here is one

    Alright now at 165 at 6 hours in and we are ready to eat thanks for looking

    Looks like they turned out great.
     
  3. They turned out amazing I used an apple juice brine and basted with apple juice throughout the cook
