I say almost because it was just turkey, mashed taters, and sauteed greenbeans. None of the other thanksgiving fixings. Started with a 20-24lb turkey. I then broke it down to leg quarters, wings, and left eh breast together. Smoked for 5 hours at 245 with a little hit of maple smoke. Then the last hour at 275.

Below are the pictures.

All pieced up

Breast cut off.

Dinner

Sorry for the picture quality I used a cell phone today.

Thanks for looking.

MMMmmmm, I'll take a plate just like that !!!!

As they say around here---That Turkey looks nice and "Chooosy"!

Thanks,

Awesome! What IT did you take to? Those slices are to die for.

When I took them out the Breast was at 162 and thighs were at 170. I foiled and let them rest for a bit before dinner.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I always forget how easy Turkey's are to do. Just need to remind myself that they aren't just for Thanksgiving. :grilling_smilie:
