Well we have all different walks here, thought I'd start a thread to see what yer puttin next to the turkey! Our menu is pretty much the same every year, this year I think I'm going to add back the green bean bundles that I used to make. They make a great presentation!

2 cans WHOLE green beans, drained
1 lb. bacon, cut in half
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Worcestershire sauce

salt & pepper
Wrap 5-6 green beans in 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure bacon with toothpick. Place side by side in large baking pain. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter and brown sugar and pour over all. Cover with foil and cook at 375 for 30 minutes, uncover and cook for 10 more minutes.

I actually prefer frozen whole blue lake green beans.

They're great, a little on the sweet side, but then you add some worcestshire sauce and bolds it up a bit. I also have the lid off longer than what they say and I flip them over to brown the bacon on both sides.

I'm trying to figure out what I want to take as a side to the clubhouse for the Thanksgiving Day pot-luck. Wish I knew what is provided by the park managers and what everyone else brings. That would make it simpler. I just hate it when several people bring the same thing.
