After many hours of research, my husband & I smoked 1 turkey and oven baked another.  All of the feedback, and advice on here made for 2 very tasty and good looking turkeys for our family!!!   All the information given on here from the brine for the smoked turkey to the injection advice on the inside turkey to the temps were so helpful!!!   So Thanks to you all and Have a Blessed holiday!!!!!

Thanks Guys... Now time to perfect a few things.  And finish up the "Brisket" smoking research...  Taking that on this weekend... Did already read the great advice on how important buying the right meat is, so I think we are off to a good start... Any recommendations on a few good threads...  I do like to read different ideas and find the commonalities of success!

Really appreciate all the info and feedback.. Have a great day!  God bless America!!

Let us know if we can help!

My favorite thing to smoke, is brisket! My least favorite smoked meat to eat, is brisket!

I cook a lot of them for friends and family.
