Just wanted to say thanks and let you know how much we appreciated the recipe for Jalapeno Pickled Eggs. Although it has only been a week, I had to try one last night as the anticipation was killing me.

My wife had one as well and loved it. The first words out of her mouth were, "You need to make more of these. They need to be a staple around here."
